Ashleigh Hadley is a Learning Specialist, certified Neuroscience Coach, and IB Science educator with over five years of experience building systems that help students and schools thrive. Her work sits at the intersection of learning science, coaching, and curriculum design, translating research into tools educators can actually use. Ashleigh holds a Master of Education in Integrative Learning from Stevenson University, a B.S. in Biology from Loyola University Maryland, and a Neuroscience Coach Certification from Naturalistico. She is also a faculty academic mentor and curriculum designer whose work spans classrooms, research settings, and nonprofit program development. At Efficacy Lab Consulting, she partners with schools ready to move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches and build learning environments that work for every student.

Dr. Caroline Miller Ed.d
Co-Founder, Prinical Consultant & Educator
Dr. Caroline Miller is an educator and neuroeducation specialist at St. Paul's School for Boys, serving as their Director of Learning Services for grades 5-12. She holds a Doctor of Education, with a specialization in Mind, Brain, and Teaching, a CAGS in Mind, Brain, Teaching, and a Masters of Science degree in Special Education: Mild to Moderate Learning Differences from Johns Hopkins University. Her work centers on applying neuroscience, self-regulated learning, and teacher efficacy research to practical, inclusive, and evidence-based professional learning models. She also consults as lead consultant and co-founder of Efficacy Lab Consulting, which offers individualized and data driven support in creating and managing professional learning systems in independent schools.
